TDAP Requirement: If you have a student who will be entering 7th grade for the 2015-16 school year, there must be a SC Immunization Certificate on file showing that he/she has received a TDAP vaccination on or after his/her 7th birthday. If this has not been completed by the first day of school, your child will not be allowed to attend until this requirement has been met.
